Anti-c-Met (phospho-Y1349) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against c-Met phosphorylated at Tyrosine 1349. It is validated for Western Blot (WB) applications and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. The unconjugated reagent is supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2.

The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human c-Met around the phosphorylation site of Tyrosine 1349. The antibody detects endogenous levels of c-Met protein only when phosphorylated at Tyr1349, corresponding to a band of approximately 156 kDa. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
