Anti-c-Met (phospho-Y1234) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to c-Met (phospho-Y1234), available from Antibodies.com. The reagent is unconjugated and has been validated for Western Blot (WB) applications, with reactivity confirmed against Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human c-Met around the phosphorylation site of Tyrosine 1234, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of c-Met protein only when phosphorylated at Tyr1234. It is reported at a molecular weight of ~156 kDa and was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of >95% by SDS-PAGE.
