Anti-c-Met (E999) Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against c-Met (E999) and is supplied unconjugated. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunofluorescence (IF), with reactivity confirmed for human, mouse, and rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 961–1010 of human c-Met, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of the c-Met protein. The reagent is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

Affinity purification using the epitope-specific immunogen yields a purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE, and the target protein has an observed molecular weight of approximately 156 kDa.
