Anti-c-kit (phospho Tyr719) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting c-kit at the phospho Tyr719 site, supplied by Antibodies.com. The reagent is unconjugated with an IgG isotype and is validated for ELISA applications, reacting with Mouse and Human samples. It is presented in lyophilised form and is reconstituted with double distilled water, with concentration being reconstitution dependent.

Purification is carried out by Protein G affinity chromatography, and the antibody is formulated from a 0.01M Phosphate Buffered Saline solution at pH 7.4. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
