Description
From Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against c-Kit and is unconjugated. It is validated for use in Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and reacts with Human and Mouse samples.
The antibody was generated using a synthetic peptide immunogen corresponding to amino acids 901-950 of Human c-Kit, and it detects endogenous levels of the c-Kit protein. It is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
