Anti-c-Jun (phospho-Y170) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises c-Jun when phosphorylated at Tyrosine 170 (p-c-Jun Y170). It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The reagent is unconjugated, and the antibody was raised against a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human c-Jun around the phosphorylation site of Tyrosine 170; it specifically detects endogenous levels of c-Jun only when phosphorylated at Tyr170.

Prepared at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2, the antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE.
