Anti-c-Jun (phospho-T93) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets c-Jun and recognises the protein only when phosphorylated at Threonine 93 (phospho-T93). It is supplied unconjugated as a primary antibody, formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

The reagent was raised against a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human c-Jun surrounding the Threonine 93 phosphorylation site, and detects endogenous levels of c-Jun only when phosphorylated at Thr93. It is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The protein target resolves at approximately 43 and 48 kDa.

Suitable for Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunoprecipitation (IP), the antibody reacts with human, mouse and rat samples. The product is accompanied by one scientific image.
