Anti-c-Jun (phospho-T91) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against c-Jun phosphorylated at Threonine 91 (phospho-T91). It is supplied unconjugated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human c-Jun around the phosphorylation site of Threonine 91, and the antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of c-Jun protein only when phosphorylated at Thr91.

Validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications, the antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, and the purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has an observed molecular weight of approximately 43 and 48 kDa.
