Anti-c-Jun (phospho-T239) Antibody

Raised in rabbits as a polyclonal reagent and supplied unconjugated, this Antibodies.com antibody targets c-Jun phosphorylated at Threonine 239. The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human c-Jun around the phosphorylation site of Thr239, and the reagent detects endogenous c-Jun only when phosphorylated at Thr239. Reactivity has been demonstrated with Human and Mouse samples, and validation covers Western blotting and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF). The antibody is provided at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol. It is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of greater than 95% as assessed by SDS-PAGE. The target migrates at approximately 43 and 48 kDa.
