Anti-c-Jun (phospho-T239) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets c-Jun when phosphorylated at Threonine 239. Raised in rabbit and affinity-purified by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, the unconjugated reagent is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human c-Jun around the phosphorylation site of Threonine 239, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of c-Jun protein only when phosphorylated at Thr239. Reported molecular weights are ~ 43, 48 kDa, and purity is > 95% by SDS-PAGE.

Validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunoprecipitation (IP), the antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.
