Anti-c-Jun (phospho-S73) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against c-Jun phosphorylated at Serine 73, supplied by Antibodies.com within their Primary Antibodies range. The antibody is unconjugated and prepared at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approx. pH 7.2. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human c-Jun around the phosphorylation site of Serine 73, and the reagent specifically detects endogenous levels of c-Jun protein only when phosphorylated at Ser73. Reported molecular weight is approximately 43 and 48 kDa. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE.
