Anti-c-Jun (phospho-S63) Antibody

This Rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against c-Jun and specifically recognises the phosphorylated form at Serine 63. It is unconjugated and supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide, approx. pH 7.2.

Validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), the antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen — a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human c-Jun around the phosphorylation site of Serine 63 — and the purity is > 95% (by SDS-PAGE). The product detects endogenous levels of c-Jun protein only when phosphorylated at Ser63, and the target has a molecular weight of ~ 43, 48 kDa.
