Anti-c-Jun (phospho-S243) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against c-Jun when phosphorylated at Serine 243. The antibody is unconjugated and is validated for use in Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunoprecipitation (IP) applications, and it reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

Specificity is directed against c-Jun protein only when phosphorylated at Ser243, as indicated by the immunogen: a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human c-Jun around the phosphorylation site of Serine 243. The observed molecular weight is approximately 43 and 48 kDa. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, and the purity is > 95% (by SDS-PAGE). It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
