Anti-c-Jun (P233) Antibody

The Antibodies.com primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against c-Jun (P233), supplied unconjugated and recommended for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) workflows. The antibody is reactive with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

It was generated using a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 201-250 of Human c-Jun as the immunogen, and the polyclonal reagent specifically detects endogenous levels of c-Jun protein. The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

The reagent has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, achieving a purity of > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Reported molecular weight bands are approximately 36, 43, and 48 kDa.
