Antibodies.com offers a Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against c-Jun (G67), supplied unconjugated and validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications.
The reagent was generated using a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 41-90 of Human c-Jun as the immunogen, and it detects endogenous levels of c-Jun protein. Reactivity has been confirmed in Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The antibody is provided at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity reported as > 95% by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of ~ 43, 48 kDa.
