Anti-c-Jun (Ab-91) Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody for researchers studying transcription factor signaling, this rabbit polyclonal reagent targets c-Jun at the conserved epitope region around amino acids 89–93 (T-T-T-P-T) of the human protein. Supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol, the 50 µl aliquot is unconjugated and affinity-purified by epitope-specific peptide chromatography following immunization with a KLH-conjugated synthetic peptide. Validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry on paraffin-embedded sections, and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence on methanol-fixed cells, the antibody detects endogenous levels of total c-Jun and cross-reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.
