Anti-c-Jun (Ab-239) Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit against a synthetic peptide encompassing the Ab-239 epitope of c-Jun, corresponding to residues237–241 (G-E-T-P-P) of the human sequence. The antibody is supplied as an unconjugated, IgG-class preparation at 1.0 mg/mL in a phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) formulation containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and is offered here in the 50 µl pack size. It is intended for the detection of endogenous levels of total c-Jun protein in samples from human, mouse and rat origin, and has been validated for Western blotting (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications. For routine handling, the product should be kept at 4 °C for short-term storage; upon arrival it is recommended to aliquot the solution and store the fractions at –20 °C, taking care to avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles to preserve antibody activity.
