Anti-c-Fos (phospho-S362) Antibody

This Rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets c-Fos when phosphorylated at Serine 362 and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC). It is unconjugated, raised in Rabbit, and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human c-Fos around the phosphorylation site of Serine 362. Specificity data indicate that this reagent detects endogenous levels of c-Fos protein only when phosphorylated at Ser362. The predicted molecular weight is ~ 62 kDa.

The antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
