Anti-c-Fos (F3) Antibody

A polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com raised in rabbit against the c-Fos (F3) target. The unconjugated reagent is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2, and is validated for use in Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications. Reactivity has been established with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The antibody was generated using a synthetic peptide immunogen corresponding to amino acids 1–50 of Human c-Fos, and specifically detects endogenous levels of Fos protein. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with the purity reported as greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 62 kDa.
