Anti-c-FOS Antibody [F14-R]

A rabbit monoclonal antibody from Antibodies.com, clone F14-R, raised against human c-FOS. The immunogen is a peptide derived from the N-terminal sequence of human c-FOS, and the antibody recognises the epitope located between Ser4 and Arg16. The reagent is supplied as a liquid formulation in Tris Buffered Saline, pH 8.0, containing 10 mg/ml BSA and 0.05% Sodium Azide.

It is of the IgG isotype and is unconjugated. Reactivity has been demonstrated with Human, Mouse and Rat samples, and the antibody is validated for WB, ELISA, IP and ICC. Recommended dilutions are WB at 1:2,000 and ELISA at 1:20,000–1:50,000. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
