Anti-c-Fos Antibody

Affinity-purified polyclonal antibody raised in rabbit against c-Fos, supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody for research use. The antibody is unconjugated and detects endogenous levels of c-Fos protein. It has been validated for use in Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and ELISA applications, and it reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The immunogen is a synthesized peptide derived from the N-terminal region of human c-Fos.

The reagent is provided as a liquid formulation in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, at a concentration of 1 mg/mL. It is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. The antibody was purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen. Two scientific validation images are available.
