Anti-c-FOS Antibody [A16-L]

This is a rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone A16-L) targeting c-FOS, offered by Antibodies.com within its Primary Antibodies range. The reagent is unconjugated and supplied as a liquid preparation, with an IgG isotype. It was raised against a peptide derived from the C-terminal sequence of human c-FOS and recognises the epitope located between His358 and Leu372. It reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples and is validated for WB, ELISA, IP, and ICC applications. Recommended starting dilutions are 1:2,000 for WB and 1:20,000–1:100,000 for ELISA. The formulation is Tris Buffered Saline, pH 8.0, with 10 mg/ml BSA and 0.05% Sodium Azide.
