Anti-c-Fms (E557) Antibody

Raised in rabbit against a synthetic peptide surrounding residue E557 of the human c-Fms receptor (CSF1R), this polyclonal reagent targets the intracellular kinase domain of the type III receptor tyrosine kinase that mediates CSF-1/M-CSF signaling in monocyte, macrophage, and osteoclast lineages.
