Anti-c-Fms Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified reagent is a Rabbit polyclonal antibody directed against c-Fms (CSF1R), the macrophage colony-stimulating factor 1 receptor. It is supplied as a 50 µl liquid formulation at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, and is unconjugated, making it suitable for standard label-free detection workflows. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide derived from the human c-Fms sequence around the non-phosphorylation site of tyrosine809, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of the c-Fms protein across Human, Mouse and Rat samples.
