Anti-c-Fms Antibody

Raised in rabbit and affinity-purified by epitope-specific chromatography, this polyclonal primary antibody from Antibodies.com targets the c-Fms receptor (also known as CSF1R, CD115, M-CSF receptor). The reagent is supplied as 50 µl of liquid at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, and is unconjugated with an IgG isotype. It is recommended for Western blotting, immunohistochemistry, immunofluorescence and ELISA, and has been validated on samples from human, mouse and rat. The immunogen corresponds to a synthetic peptide derived from human c-Fms around the non-phosphorylation site at tyrosine 561, and the antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of the c-Fms protein. For best stability the vial should be stored at -20°C, where it remains suitable for up to one year; this reagent is intended for research use only and is not for diagnostic or therapeutic application.
