Anti-C/EBP ζ (D24) Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody, supplied by Antibodies.com as a Primary Antibody, is raised against C/EBP α (D24) and is validated for use in Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications with human samples. The unconjugated reagent is provided at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2.

According to the manufacturer's data, the antibody was generated using a synthetic peptide corresponding to the N-terminus of human C/EBP α as immunogen, and specifically detects endogenous levels of C/EBP α protein. The product has a molecular weight of ~121 kDa and was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
