Anti-C/EBP-ε (K220) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against C/EBP-ε (K220). It is supplied unconjugated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), and it reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 188-245 of human C/EBP-ε, and the antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of C/EBP-ε protein. It recognises bands at approximately 30 and 45 kDa and has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE.
