Anti-C/EBP-β (V259) Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com targets C/EBP-ε, a basic leucine zipper transcription factor required for terminal granulocyte maturation and linked to neutrophil-specific granule deficiency when the gene is mutated. The unconjugated antibody is supplied as 100 µl at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline containing 15 mM sodium azide, adjusted to approximately pH 7.2, and is validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry on human, mouse, and rat specimens.

C/EBP-ε governs myeloid lineage commitment, B-cell receptor signaling, and inflammatory gene programs, so the reagent is widely used in studies of myelopoiesis, neutrophil biology, and transcription factor expression across hematopoietic tissues.
