Anti-C/EBP-β (phospho-T235/188) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against C/EBP-β (phospho-T235/188) is available from Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent. It is unconjugated and supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

Validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), the antibody reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human C/EBP-β around the phosphorylation site of Threonine 235. It detects endogenous levels of human LAP only when phosphorylated at Thr235, mouse and rat LAP only when phosphorylated at Thr188, and LIP only when phosphorylated at Thr37.

Affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, the preparation is reported at greater than 95% purity by SDS-PAGE and recognises bands at approximately 19, 36, and 38 kDa.
