Anti-C/EBP α (phospho-S21) Antibody

Polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com, raised in rabbit and directed against C/EBP α phosphorylated at Serine 21. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), with reactivity confirmed against human, mouse and rat samples. The unconjugated reagent is provided at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2, and is accompanied by 3 scientific images.

The antibody was generated using a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human C/EBP α around the Serine 21 phosphorylation site, and specifically recognises endogenous C/EBP α only when phosphorylated at Ser21. Affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, it exceeds 95% purity by SDS-PAGE, with the target migrating at approximately 30,45 kDa.
