Description
A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com, raised against C/EBP-α (M15) and validated for immunohistochemistry (IHC). The unconjugated reagent reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.
It was generated using a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids at the N-terminus of Human C/EBP-α as immunogen. The antibody detects endogenous levels of C/EBP-α protein, with a target molecular weight of ~ 30,45 kDa. Purity is > 95% (by SDS-PAGE) after affinity-purification from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen.
Supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. Two scientific validation images are available.
