Anti-BVES Antibody

This polyclonal antibody to BVES is raised in rabbit and supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG reagent validated for Western blot (WB) detection. The immunogen used for immunisation is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 241–360 of human BVES (NCBI reference NP_001186492.1). The antibody is affinity-purified and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal. The reported molecular weight of the target is 70 kDa. For Western blot, a working dilution of 1:500–1:2,000 is recommended; concentration is lot-specific.
