Anti-BUB3 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises BUB3. Categorised as a Primary Antibody, the unconjugated IgG reagent has been affinity purified and is supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.30) containing 0.02% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol.

The antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunofluorescence (IF), with recommended dilutions of 1:500–1:2000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for IF. It reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–328 of human BUB3 (NP_004716.1), and the target protein has a reported molecular weight of 40 kDa. The product is shipped at 4 °C; on arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles. For research use only.

Representative validation shown on the datasheet includes a Western blot on extracts of various cell lines, with 25 µg of lysate per lane, the primary used at 1:1,000, a Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) HRP secondary at 1:10,000, blocking in 3% non-fat dry milk in TBST, and ECL detection with a 90 s exposure. A companion immunofluorescence image is provided on U2OS cells.
