Anti-BUB1B (T368) Antibody

Supplied by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent targets BUB1B at the threonine-368 residue and is validated for Western blot (WB) applications. It reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 341–390 of Human BUB1B, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of BUB1B protein.

The reagent is supplied unconjugated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2. It is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of approximately 130 kDa.
