Anti-BUB1B Antibody

Affinity-purified in rabbit as a polyclonal reagent, this unconjugated primary antibody recognizes BUB1B (also called BUBR1 and MAD3L), a ~120 kDa mitotic checkpoint kinase that localizes to unattached kinetochores and holds the spindle assembly checkpoint until every chromosome has bi-oriented on the metaphase plate.
