Available from Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets BUB1B (BubR1). The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence, and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples. It was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1-260 of human BUB1B (NP_001202.4).

The antibody is supplied as a liquid in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified. Reported molecular weights for the target are 55 kDa and 120 kDa. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Concentration is lot-specific.

Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for Western blot and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. The product is supported by two scientific validation images.
