Anti-BUB1 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified reagent is a rabbit polyclonal preparation raised against a recombinant human BUB1 immunogen and is intended for the selective detection of endogenous total BUB1 protein, the mitotic checkpoint serine/threonine kinase also known as BUB1A, BUB1L or hBUB1. Supplied as a 50 µl aliquot at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, the antibody is unconjugated and is recommended for Western blot and immunohistochemistry workflows. Validation has been demonstrated on Human, Mouse and Rat samples, making it suitable for cross-species studies of mitotic checkpoint regulation and chromosome segregation research.
