Description
A primary antibody from Antibodies.com, raised in rabbit as a polyclonal against BTRC and supplied unconjugated. The product is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples. It is formulated at 1mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% glycerol.
According to the manufacturer datasheet, the immunogen was recombinant full length human BTRC, and the antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with reported purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The expected molecular weight of the target is approximately 68 kDa, and the reagent detects endogenous levels of BTRC protein.
