Anti-BTRC Antibody

A polyclonal antibody raised in rabbit is offered by Antibodies.com as a primary reagent targeting Beta TRCP/HOS (BTRC). The unconjugated antibody is of the IgG isotype and is purified by affinity chromatography. It is supplied as a liquid preparation formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300.

The immunogen used to raise the antibody is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1-120 of human ß-TrCP/BTRC (NP_378663.1), with a reported target molecular weight of 65 kDa. Reactivity has been demonstrated against human, mouse, and rat samples.

Validated applications include Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF). Recommended working dilutions are WB 1:500-1:1,000, IHC 1:50-1:200, and ICC/IF 1:50-1:200. The product documentation includes 3 scientific images.
