Anti-BTRC Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against Beta TRCP/BTRC, supplied as an unconjugated IgG reagent by Antibodies.com. Validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), the antibody reacts with human, mouse and rat samples and is provided as a 100 µl liquid preparation.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–120 of human ß-TrCP/BTRC (NP_378663.1). The reagent is affinity purified and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 65 kDa. The product is shipped at 4 °C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.

Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for Western blot, 1:50–1:200 for immunohistochemistry and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF.
