BTN3A1 (Butyrophilin Subfamily 3 Member A1) is a type I transmembrane immunoglobulin-like protein that plays a critical role in phosphoantigen sensing and the activation of human Vγ9Vδ2 γδ T cells. This unconjugated rabbit polyclonal IgG reagent, supplied by Antibodies.com, was raised against the human BTN3A1 target and is validated for Western blot detection across a range of cell lysate preparations.

BTN3A1 is widely studied in the context of γδ T cell biology, tumor immune surveillance, and phosphoantigen-mediated immune responses, including the recognition of infected or transformed cells. Researchers investigating cancer immunotherapy, microbial infection models, or lymphocyte activation pathways can use this antibody to probe BTN3A1 expression in human samples.

The antibody is provided as a 50 µl vial of unconjugated IgG. For best results, aliquot the reagent upon arrival and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles to preserve binding activity. Store according to standard antibody handling practice and refer to the lot-specific data sheet included with the shipment.
