Anti-BTN2A1 Antibody

Antibodies.com provides a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against BTN2A1, validated for Western blot (WB) detection in human specimens. The reagent is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, supplied as a liquid, and purified by affinity chromatography.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 30–240 of human BTN2A1 (NP_510961.1). The target has a reported molecular weight of 69 kDa. The antibody is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. Recommended Western blot dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000.

Validation is demonstrated by Western blot analysis of RD cell extracts at 1:1,000 dilution, using a Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) secondary antibody at 1:10,000, 25 µg of lysate per lane, 3% non-fat dry milk in TBST as blocking buffer, and an ECL Basic Kit for detection with 180 seconds of exposure. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
