Anti-BTLA Antibody

Supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody, this rabbit polyclonal reagent targets BTLA (also referred to as CD272/BTLA). The unconjugated IgG antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) applications and shows species reactivity against mouse and rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 31-241 of human BTLA (NP_001078826.1). The antibody is produced as a liquid at a lot-specific concentration, with a molecular weight of 33 kDa, and is affinity purified. It is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide.

The reagent is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. The recommended WB dilution range is 1:1,000-1:4,000.
