Anti-Btk (Phospho-Tyr551) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against Btk and specifically recognises the phosphorylated form at tyrosine 551. It is supplied unconjugated and is validated for use in Western blot (WB) and ELISA applications, with demonstrated reactivity against human, mouse and rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthesised peptide derived from human Btk around the phosphorylation site of Y551, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of Btk only when phosphorylated at Y551. It is supplied at 1 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline containing 0.02% sodium azide, 0.5% BSA and 50% glycerol, and has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen.

The reagent is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
