Description
An affinity-purified polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com targets BTK, supplied unconjugated and raised in rabbit against recombinant full length Human BTK. The antibody detects endogenous levels of BTK protein and is validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry and immunofluorescence, reacting with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. It is provided at 1mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol. Purity is quoted as greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE, following affinity-chromatography of rabbit antiserum using an epitope-specific immunogen, with an observed molecular weight of approximately 77 kDa. The product is accompanied by two scientific validation images.
