Anti-BTK Antibody

Primary antibody supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated rabbit polyclonal IgG targeting BTK. The reagent is validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry applications and shows reactivity with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 30–240 of human BTK (NP_000052.1) and was purified by affinity chromatography. It is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, at a lot-specific concentration.

Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for Western blot and 1:50–1:100 for immunohistochemistry. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C on arrival, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.
