Description
This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets BTG1 and is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (IF) applications. Unconjugated and of the IgG isotype, it is reactive with human, mouse and rat samples.
The antibody was raised against recombinant full length human BTG1 and detects endogenous levels of the BTG1 protein. It is formulated at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and the target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 19 kDa. Affinity purification from rabbit antiserum using an epitope-specific immunogen yields a purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
