Anti-BTD Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting BTD is offered by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent for research use. The unconjugated IgG antibody is raised in rabbit and validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications, with reactivity confirmed against human, mouse and rat samples.

The reagent is raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 284–543 of human BTD (NP_000051.1). It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, with a reported molecular weight of 61 kDa and concentration specified per lot. Purification is carried out by affinity chromatography. The product is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
