Anti-BTC Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody to BTC from Antibodies.com, raised in rabbit and validated for Western blot. It is reactive with Human, Mouse and Rat samples, supplied as an unconjugated liquid of the IgG isotype, and has been affinity-purified. The formulation is Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 32–178 of human BTC, and the target has a reported molecular weight of 20 kDa. A recommended Western blot dilution range of 1:500–1:2,000 is provided. The antibody is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted on arrival and stored at −20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
