Anti-BTBD6 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises BTBD6 (BTB domain containing 6). It is unconjugated and validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), reacting with Human and Mouse samples. The antibody was raised against a synthesised peptide derived from human BTBD6 and detects endogenous levels of total BTBD6 protein.

The reagent is supplied as rabbit IgG in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen. The antibody is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
